Current Processing Time: Our current processing time is 1–3 business days. Please note, this does not include weekends or holidays.

How should I wash my items? We want your item to last years and years! To keep your garment looking its best, please follow these simple care instructions:

  1. Turn the garment inside out before washing.
  2. Machine washes cold with similar colors, use a mild detergent, and avoid using bleach.
  3. Tumble dry on low heat and do not iron directly on the design.
  4. Please do not dry clean, as this can damage the fabric and affect the garment's quality.

Why is your processing time so long? All items are made to order, meaning each piece is created specifically after purchase.

Will you let me know when my order is complete?  Yes. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by an update when production begins, and a final email with tracking information once your order ships.

Can I cancel my order? If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to assist you with the cancellation request.

Can I change the address on my order? If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately with the correct details. We will try to update it if possible.

Can I make a change to my order? Changes are not guaranteed once an order is submitted. However, if you contact us within 24 hours, we will try our best to help. 

Can I return my item if I don’t like how it fits? As all items are made to order and may be customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size selection, preferences, or timing concerns. However, we may offer a discount code for a future purchase.

My order has a mistake, what do I do? If there is an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement if applicable. Items showing normal wear or improper care are not eligible.

What happens if my order was lost in the mail or marked as delivered but not received? Once shipped, orders are handled by the carrier. If marked as delivered, please wait 24 hours, check with neighbors, and contact your local post office. If your order is confirmed lost or stolen, please reach out. As a small business, we will do our best to support you, including offering a replacement when possible. We appreciate your understanding and support.
